Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Put everything in a pot and stir.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer 30–40 minutes.
- Stir sometimes so it doesn’t stick.
- Cool and jar it.
Notes
Good with cheese and curries. Adjust chili to taste.
